css not being included....please help

Hi All,

I just installed the latest release of STS on a fresh install of RC1 with no other modifications.

I have the template the way I want, but for some reason I cannot get the Oscommerce stylesheet to load.

Im wondering if its because I have rollovers that preload in the header. At this point I'm at a loss. Any help would be appriciated.
