Customers information comes, but orders information does not , why?

Hi everyone.

I am going to start my shop.

But still now I cannot start , because order form in admin does not work well.

Customer information appears but orders information does not appear at all.

I tested.

I , my frends and my wife registered, that goes well.

In customers view we can confirm the information of the registered customer , logon times and so on.

But in orders view nothing appeared , though I ordered!

I changed file permission 644 to 755:admin/orders.php and admin/orders_status.php

 

I don't know why & what I should do?

 

Please help me.

I'd check the orders database tables at first to make sure the orders are stored there, otherwise there would be nothing to display at all.

 

If they are there, try to an orders id manually to the search box to the top right. If it pops up then, there's an issue with you rscript retrieving the proper data.

 

If they are not there, there is an issue with your checkpout process. Most likely with the payment module, but not sure though.

I checked the order at the top page (http://mydomain.com). I logged in & oredered as one of the guest, then there is an order data at the top of right side.

I can't find orders id and serch box to the top right.

There is a serch box to the middle left. Is it incorrect?

 

Please help me a little more.
