Stypica Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 Hello, Not sure if this is the best place to ask or not, but I'm hoping a mod will move it to the right place if it isn't. We are looking to integrate our billing gateway with different shopping cart sites and are hoping the make OSCommerce one of them. The gateway is built and long established, but has previously only been linked with subscription sites. Could you guys point me in the direction of getting some development time? My company is willing to compensate for some freelancing as well, but, again, I'm not sure if that is appropriate to discuss on this forum. Thanks for your time! Tom B. ECSuite.com Quote
Stypica Posted October 29, 2007 Author Posted October 29, 2007 Bump and adding a little info The API is XML over HTTPS POST, so pretty basic. Anyone interested, please submit an example or two of projects you've worked on and I can send you a technical doc with the specs. Regards, Tom B. ECSuite.com Quote
quickslvr Posted May 9, 2008 Posted May 9, 2008 Greetings everyone, Did anyone ever look into doing this? I'm getting ready to host with ECSuite and would like to use the OSCommerce cart with the ECSuite payment gateway. I know this is bumping a really old thread so I apologize for that but would like to know if anything was ever done with this. Crosses Fingers ;) Quote

Crosses Fingers ;) This may be a bit late but I am actually working on this project right now. I am about 90% complete and will put up a module for it once done. PM me if you need it before then or if anybody has any questions... it works extremely well with downloadables. Quote

BuzzKill Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 It is indeed.... http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/6220 A client of mine just tried to set up this module today, for ECsuite.. Its not working, he thinks it was setup correctly but its an error on signup.cgi. This was going to be a really big weekend for his site, but this is crippling it. Is there someone I can speak to about this, I would bet its a really simple fix. He spoke to someone at ECsuite tonight but they had no clue what to do. If someone can point me in the right direction, please do.. THanks so much. Quote

Did you have EC Suite enable your account for Dynamic Pricing? They need to do this... the error you are receiving could be caused by this or the shared key is incorrect. I PMed you my contact information, I can help you or get somebody that can. Thanks! Quote

Hi.. thanks for the response. We actually got it worked out. It was an issue on their side, took 2 days on the phone and lots of eventual yelling to get it fixed.. but it finally was. Still having some serious issues with the site, but this hurdle at least has been solved. Quote
