tinyvibes
Hmm... I am finally working out all the warning messages but I still see this one when I test in IE6 "You are about to be redirected to a connection that is not secure.." This happens when I go from my login.php (which is HTTPS) to my cart contents page (which si not)... also when I complete order and continue shopping. I think it has something to do with HTTPS to HTTP... but I need to make that jump. Can't have the whole site behind SSL and don't want the cart contents page to be.... Anyone worked this one out yet? Tahnks much Pete
tinyvibes
Actually now I think it might not have to do with HTTP to HTTPS ... who knows... all I know is that on my customer loging page (email and password) I am getting this "Security Alert: You are about to be redirected to a connection that is not secure.." but only in IE 6 If anyone has any insight...... PLEASE HEP ME! : )

tinyvibes
Hello... If anyone can help me please... I am desperate at this point. Only happens in IE6. When ever there is a link that is an HTTP redirect from a secure page, I get the warning from IE6 .... "You are about to be re-directed to a connection that is not secure" It happens from the continue button on the checkout_success.php page after you have completed your order.. also happens right after you sign in... seems like anytime coming from a HTTPS to an HTTP.... is there a workaround?!! PLEASE HELP ME! (sorry to be a pest...)
tinyvibes
... one thing I notice... when I roll over the 'continue' button I can see that the link points toward HTTPS index page... but when I actually click it it resolves to HTTP... where is this 'redirect' coming from? tinyvibes
PLEASE HELP.... I am bumping this again in the hopes that someone has some insight and I am very much exhausted at this point. I'm getting closer... maybe it's something in the GET / POST that is giving I.E. fits? Could anyone please just tell me which files are related to the action that affects HTTP and HTTPS pages? My problem is only in IE6 when someone is redirected to HTTP from a secure page within the cart. I get that "You are about to be ... connection not secure... blah blah..." Where is this action controlled? Application_top? HTML_output? Configure?
nexus rex
I have this same issue! When customer is checking out (http://www.likenthebible.com/store/create_account.php?guest=guest) and clicks the "Continue" button, the page goes from http to https and a "Security Alert" dialog box appears with "You are about to be redirected to a connection that is not secure. The information you are sending to the current site might be transmitted to a nonsecure site. Do you wish to continue?" It only happens in IE6 and I am completely stumped. Please help.
