HELP

We are a very small one man company, who has been trying to set up Special Teas Sales with Pay Pals help:

Mail Order over Pay Pals Virtual Terminal and – more importantly – through an e-commerce site.

We approached Pay Pal in early September this year and were told by one of their designated 'Systems Integrators', that Os Commerce was just the right kind of product which would suit us nicely and that Pay Pal had expertise in setting the On-Line Store up for us; the ‘how to use’ instructions would follow, when set up, by e-mail. Piece of cake.

I did what I was asked to do i.e. engaging in a separate FTP hosting contract to anexisting site we had for 11 years.

10 days later after having taken out the hosting contract, the Pay Pal 'Merchants Integrator' changed and the new one advised me to take out a second hosting contract for mySQL. We understood and did this straight away.

3 weeks later however, we were advised that they had problems, which according to the hosting company, had something to do with the php settings for the uploaded Os Commerce.

I am NOT a programmer, but a humble would be merchant. Pay Pal – since that last announcement – refuse to answer mails either by e-mail or by voice mail. They have let us down completely and we are in limbo a nothing is operational.

Our question to the Os Commerce community now: Is there anyone who can help us?

Your constructive suggestions are very much appreciated.

I would really like to start shifting the merchandise, rather than looking at it.

Strangely though it would benefit Pay Pal as much as us to get us going, but they do not seem to see that point.
