lindsayanng
I made my first ever online store. i have never dealt in PHP and ended up needing to hire someone to help me. The design and layout was all him. I wanted to know what you all think about it. I would also like some input on the graphics part of it. All of the product icons were done by myself along with the banner. I am not too happy with the banner. In my mind, i wanted the banner to go across the entire top of the computer screen. When i open my site on a normal screen, it does, however on my widescreen laptop, it looks kinda small and cheesey. I would love to tips and pointers on how to make my site look it's best. Just remember, i am NEW at this. Furry Family Supplies Website THANKS A great place for newbies to start Road Map to oscommerce File Structure DO NOT PM ME FOR HELP. Furry Family Supplies Website THANKS Like the colours you have on the site, I would get the header image centered so it looks a little less out of proportion or make the pages the same width as that image, also the date and counter should go on the bottom bar, all this does is show either how little traffic you get or any competitors how much of a threat you might be. What I do like is the extra box titled Furry Family Services with the designer pages there, wonder what you used to add these, was it the osc cms of the unlimited info boxes contributions. Keep up the good work. Cheers Ian
lindsayanng
thanks for the input. The site is actually a collection of works from myself and a guy i hired. I made of all of the icons/banners and any other graphics - he did most of the coding and integrating. As for the info box, that was all the designer guy - but i would be happy to ask him for you. I know he has a username on here, so i can direct him to your question. I honestly did not even notice the counter, is there a way to count your hits so that only the admin can see it?
