Can see store but can't login into admin

Scoured the forum and knowledge base and I can't pinpoint where my issues lie.

 

After installation completed, I went the store and I had three errors which I was able to address by following information I found on this site. However I have never been able to log into the admin section. When I try I get the following:

When I log into my store I can see the default store installation although with the following warnings at the top:
