Ajeh Posted November 25, 2002 Posted November 25, 2002 Is your main shop page now called index.php rather than default.php? And did you change this code manually or edit the file name definition in application_top.php from default.php to index.php? Do you have any helpful .htaccess files that might be confusing the redirects or anything of that nature?

"Do you have any helpful .htaccess files that might be confusing the redirects or anything of that nature?" what would I look for here and where ? thanks [/i]
Ajeh Posted November 26, 2002 Posted November 26, 2002 Do you know what the version or snapshot that you have loaded might be? The .htaccess files you should be able to see in your File Manager of Cpanel and they more or less handle redirects. Have you checked with your hosting company about the issues you are experiencing?
jalil Posted November 26, 2002 Posted November 26, 2002 Hi, I've also experience something similar to this previously, cannot remember the exact details (it relates to include the configure.php file) and my site was down due to this. When it happen I just contact my web hosting provider which they acknowledged it as their problem and they have it solved later after a few hours. I do not know the cause of it since I did not bother to find it out. Whatever it is, do contact your web hosting provider about your problem, maybe they can solve it for you.
