Invalid Argument on Payment_WPP.php - on Checkout Process!?

Please Help! I'm implementing the WPP module 0.9.2 and have followed the instructions to a T and have added all the necessary files, changes, etc needed. Everything seems to be working perfectly until I get all the way through the process and hit "Confirm Order" and here is the error I get

I've looked at the paypal_wpp.php file, the general.php file, and played with the header as well and can't seem to shake this error. Can someone Please shed some light on A. the cause of this and B. the solution? I feel I'm really close and after fixing this should be good to go - and I'm super excited to get my store up and running...

Also, I purchased an SSL and installed it on the server and changed the configure.php to say define('ENABLE_SSL', true); but it still says that "you are not protected by an SSL certificate" - is there something else I need to do for this?

I'm getting the exact same errors and have no idea what it is. Have you figured it out?
