Hi all,

i am hopig someong out there can help on this.

i am sure its just a case of chaging the DB but this is where i need help.

i basically what to have different prices depending on which langauge a customer selects on my site.

for instance

English - Item 123 = £50

Deutch - Item 123 = €80

Espanol - Item 123 = € 95

as you can see it is not exchange rate dependant as i want to sell the same item in different countries (but also at different costs)

how would i link the price to be called up based on the Language ID?

i have 12 different languages on my site so cannot contemplate haveing different db's or sites

however adding pricing columns to the db isnt an issue

any help would be fantastic

regards

anyone any ideas?

i am sure its sql tweaking but need alittle help.

i.e.

upload a product and in the field that has the description per language there is also a price field (per language)

the price field is named something like price-UK, price-GR, price-ES etc

then when you recall the price on the product page it is recalled using the language ID - so price = price+languade ID

therefore it displays whatever price you have set (alledgedly)
