Ive had RC1 installed for about a month (with the royal mail contrib), sometimes a customer places an order and the postage charge never makes it to paypal just the cart contents, this only happens to the same people. totalnumpty Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 It might be a deep and technical issue as described in other PayPal IPN threads, or ..... it might be something simple such as the module order or the order of items in the order total calculation Make sure each payment method (and each shipping method) has a unique sort order value Also - IMPORTANT THIS - within your PayPal account profile - shipping calculator - make sure the fields are blank, not just disabled. If there's a cost or % value in there, it can cause issues with the various PayPal modules.
