Paypal IPN... how-to request additional info from customer for digital service?

Hello everyone! I am a newbie who has downloaded osCommerce for the first time. And I must say whoever made it deserves a medal, they have done a fantastic job!

But I come to you with a problem, now if it's a simple problem? I'm not sure to be frank. lol.

Anyways, I have just installed the Paypal IPN module for Payments (only payment I want to allow).

My question is this, after the payment has been sent, how can I get some extra information from my customers? I run a directory submissions service (www.dirsubmissions.com). Where I will submit to directories for a small fee. Well after the payment how can I get the buyers site details so I can start submitting there website to web directories?

Oh ya, I almost forgot! When I enabled Paypal IPN, I was asked for these following things but have no clue where to find them, lol. Would one of them happen to be my API key I got from Paypal? (Fields below)

Your Private Key

Your Public Certificate

PayPals Public Certificate

Your PayPal Public Certificate ID

I appreciate everyone who reads this' time!

Thank you very much,

Doug

Those settings are for PayPal Encrypted Web Payments. API certificate has nothing to do with EWP.

Super Download Shop, PayPal Express Checkout IPN, Selling Downloads, Visual Validation (preventing robotic flood), phpBB2 Integration

Yes, I'm willing to help, but please ask in the right place. Think twice before trying to PM me, it might be ignored.

Are they needed? Or optional.

And would you happen to know an answer to my initial question?
