johnieray
Hello, I am a newbie, and I've fallen at the first hurdle. I am trying to find mail format, which I do not seem to have! I have a new toshiba laptop, with xp and OE6, can some one please help? and this is before I get to the really frightening stuff, I think I am going to have loads more questions, that is, unless I chuck it all in. Nullachtfuffzehn
Can you explain a bit more exactly what you're asking about? What mail format do you mean? Other than that, it's not a matter of your laptop/computer how OSC works. The data are server generated and so it just depends on your browser how they are displayed. Hi, and thanks, in the install instructions, automating sales, it asks to set up e mail template, click tools, options, mail format, it is this mail format that I do not seem to have. Nullachtfuffzehn
Seems that you don't install a vanilla version of OSC. Did you download it from somewhere or is it provided by your webhost?

Nullachtfuffzehn
Ok, so the automated ecommerce ebook business is not a vanilla installation of OSC. I heard about it before, but haven't got any contact to it by now. So the only thing I can do is guessing what you're talking about.

However, if you or perhaps anyone else, can go to their browser, click on tools,, then options......do you then find a mail format tab????? Nullachtfuffzehn
Sorry to say that, but those guys are apparently still in the learning phase. Lot's of 404's and lorem ipsum texts on their page. No chance to get any help from them. Maybe someone knows the branch you're talking of here.
