lapo4ka18 Posted November 25, 2002 Posted November 25, 2002 Hi, I am trying to create a store and I have same product names, but different sizes. What I want to do is, there should be options for example 1.7 oz price 3.4 oz another price each size should have checkbox(or something) and user can choose the size and click on Buy It Now. Is this possible with this shopping cart or I have to create separate pages for each size? Thanks in ad :?: vance.
Guest Posted November 25, 2002 Posted November 25, 2002 First go in the admin side of the store in admin/catalog ans create your product ) ex: chanel)the go in catalog/products attributes and there you create a product option (ex:size)and after you create a option value (ex:1/2on) and yoy create a option value for all the different size. Then you go to the bottom of the page you select what you want and in the store product page you will a have a drop down menu with the different options Regards
lapo4ka18 Posted November 25, 2002 Author Posted November 25, 2002 For Product attributes i have ID Product Name Option Name Option Value Value Price Prefix Action 1 Venezia Size Premium For option value I have only Premium option And I can't type anything there. Where should I put size and prize for each size? Thanks
lapo4ka18 Posted November 25, 2002 Author Posted November 25, 2002 OK, I did it. But what happen now is it adds whatever price is in a drop box with the price I specified for this item. And if I will not put anything as a price you can see that this item cost is 0.00. How to fix this problem? Here is url http://sexyornasty.com/perfume/catalog/default.php
Ajeh Posted November 25, 2002 Posted November 25, 2002 You could add it with a Base price for the product and the difference in price to the attribute ... or get the handy dandy Free Call for Price Add-On from my site ... if you are using a snapshot older than Nov. 1 and use the Attributes Calculator option to put the lowest of the attribute price groups total as the default price. If you have the new snapshot after Nov 1 ... I am not done with the re-writes on that yet :(
