I love the colors and how did you get the tabs on the top for navigation and the log in on top. Looks great My suggestions: (sorry, I hope you take them without getting insulted) 1. Remove the product counts Customers will only see that you have 12 items total in your whole store. Would you shop at a store in your town with just 12 items. 2. Remove the date and visitor count on the bottom. 3. get right of the cartoon graphics - especially the surf board dude. You can save a new graphic of your choice with the same name in images and override them, or use the contribution to get rid of them all together. 4. some items are not producing a picture 5. You can remove the "date added" on the product if wanted by commenting it out. If you don't and you have a product that is there forever, the customer may think that you never update anything. I don't think customers care when you add it if they don't know. 6. No Conditions of use. In fact the wording that came with the package is there. Look around on the net for ideas and create some, if anything to protect yourself. 7. Same with a privacy notice 8. Shipping and returns. What are your rules on returns? What are your shipping prices and what shipping source do you use. 9. Remove the birthday from sign up. I put a fake birthday in there but most don't like that question and will most likely just leave your site. 10. POSTIVE GREAT SIZE pictures, Nice graphics, nice change to the old oscommerce format, shopping cart works great, nice logo, I can tell what you sell when I see the front page. Create and account and customer login links above header should be moved to the left more. Both these issues only occur on your index page. The site background takes forever to load, consider removing. The pictures take forever to load consider a thumbnail contribution. I would remove both product counts and (->) in the categories infobox. Overall your site needs to be optimized, if I were on 56K I would have left your store. I am clueless when it comes to my website! I agree with all that you said I just have to figure out how to make alterations to the website! I am not currently sending customers to my website so the only people who have viewed it are friends I assume. I figured out how to change the birthday question and the product count!!! Now for all the rest. AHHHHHHHHHHH I need it is simple terms like start here then click here then here and I get it! LOL!!!
