Guest
Hi, I have tried to read through as much of this forum as I can before posting this but I can't find the answer to my problem so I'd love it if someone could help me, please. I am installing os for the first time, I have uploaded everything to the public_html file, I have created a database and when I try to install I either get this - Warning: require(templates/pages/install.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/stillerb/public_html/oscommerce-2.2rc1/catalog/install/templates/main_page.php on line 49 Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'templates/pages/install.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/stillerb/public_html/oscommerce-2.2rc1/catalog/install/templates/main_page.php on line 49 or when trying to install through cpanel I get - The installation can not be completed: - You chose to install in the main directory of the domain stillerbiscuits.co.uk, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain stillerbiscuits.co.uk (path="/home/stillerb/public_html/").You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation: images Does this second one mean the oscommerce folder that has already been uploaded? I've probably created a real mess for myself and I'm sorry but I'd appreciate the help - thanks in advance. Nettie
