SarahF
Hi! Does anybody use Yahoo for their osc hosting?? I've got the site all set up but no emails arrive when I send them from the website or the backend! Wondering if this is a hosting issue or an oscommerce issue...?? Thanks!! zephiey
Sarah, I too am using Yahoo for hosting. I also have a problem with emails coming through. At the moment I am waiting on Yahoo to answer me. I've done everything that Yahoo has suggested in their FAQ's but nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Tina

The first thing you can do is check the mailError.log file to see the problem. You will find this file in the /tmp/ directory which is located in your root. The only problem I remember is that Yahoo did not like the fact that my STORE_OWNER_EMAIL_ADDRESS was on a different domain than my store. In other words, my store was abc.com but I had the STORE_OWNER_EMAIL_ADDRESS set to the company name which was on xyz.com. When I changed the STORE_OWNER_EMAIL_ADDRESS domain in the admin module the problem went awa. Hope this helps. Sergio
