How to add fields in contact us page

I'm attempting to add more input fields to the contact us page.

I'm able to add the fields, but the input does not send with the email!

Where and what do I edit in order to make the fields send in the email?

In the link below I've added a Tax ID field.

When I check my email only the Enquiry field is in the message.

Any help or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

i'm having exactly the same issue myself and if anyone does have an answer, that would be two of us very grateful!

I found an answer for that problem here. Not sure if it works yet but seems ok.
