No evidence of order

Hi everyone,

 

I have recieved a few orders and they all went fine. Money proccessed, and I recieved the extra order email to my email account.

 

I accept bank deposit and credit cards (through my banks payment gateway).

 

Yesterday someone made an order, and i recieved the money and also the email from my bank with the order details.

However i did not recieve the confirmation email from my oscommerce store, and there is no evidence of the order being made in the oscomemerce admin panel.

 

I have recieved orders fine since, and they have also used credit cards.

 

Any ideas of what has gone wrong?
