Guest Posted November 25, 2002 Posted November 25, 2002 Hi all, Well it seems my webhosting company have made a royal mess of our site. If you go to our site you will notice that the site is up - but try and order something and you arent presented with any payment of shipping items. I investigated this and found in the admin panel > modules > payment it had no information (i.e no list or green and red buttons), same with shipping, and order total. Also advised that my images directory did not exist. So I found out that the server moved the database names as follows was: /usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/mygeekshop.com/ etc now is: /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/mygeekshop.com/ etc What do I now need to do to make this right? The files are in the directory but since the move cannot not be found. Please help cause we have had to turn 12 customers away in the past few hours regarding this botch up by our web company. Thanks in advance!
mattice Posted November 25, 2002 Posted November 25, 2002 Have you adapted all the apropriate path references to reflect the new settings? /catalog/includes/configure.php /admin/includes/configure.php ? Guest Posted November 25, 2002 Posted November 25, 2002 *kisses your feet* Mattice = 1 point :D my hosting company tech support - minus 1 :( All fixed - I appreciate it so much! See people there is the fix- check configure.php (it was only the admin/includes/configure.php that was needed to be changed - the configure.php in catalog was dynamically changed - phew!) Mattice is a legend! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
mattice Posted November 25, 2002 Posted November 25, 2002  blush... I'll never compare your logo with Dexter ever again :D "Politics is the art of preventing people from taking part in affairs which properly concern them"
