Product info problems

Hi,

For some reason when my product is clicked, the date of the product upload is included together with an ITEM #.. SO I get the following next top my image;

 

Item # : 66

This product was added to our catalog on Monday 15 October, 2007.

 

I cannot get rid of either the Item # nor the inclusion of when the product was added.

 

Any and all help would be appreciated.
