Mr Site Vs OS Commerce

Hi a friend wants to set up a website, she is a beauty therapist and will be selling a lot of product on -line. We have looked at Mr Site as she wants a website with a shopping cart but I feel it will not have the administration that os commerce has, just to ask a few questions if you can help.

 

1: How does Mr Site and it's shopcart compare to os commerce, e.g Admin etc ?

2: Does it have the support as a forum such as this, which is fantastic ?

3: Can you link a domain name directly to os commerce or do you need a standard website ?

4: As she is new at this sort of thing would you say it is user friendly?

5: Do you have any further information that my be of help ?

 

As I have only received my os commerce cart just recently, I am still learning so any advice that may be of help for my friend would be appreciated. I guess this information will help build my confidence as well in os commerce as it is quite daunting when your first learning. :blush:
