Now I want to add them all back in... is there an easy way to do that? Or am I stuck adding all the coutnries and zones manually? Thanks in advance ~Roq in your INSTALL folder there's a file named oscommerce.sql open it up with a text editor, find countries and zones then copy it to another text file and name it to something.sql and update your database via PHPmyAdmin's export tool..
