NAUGHTY NOVLETEASE Posted October 14, 2007 Share Posted October 14, 2007 I'VE SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS BUILDING A SITE TO ONLY FIND IT'S NOT THERE! I'VE BUILT THE SITE 3 TIMES NOW SIMPLY DUE TO MY OWN ERRORS, HOWEVER WHEN I BECAME PACIFIED WITH MY 3RD ATTEMPT AND TRIED TO LOG, IN I GOT THIS >>> 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'. I'VE BEEN DOING BACKUPS AFTER MY REVISIONS AND DID ATTEMPT TO RESTORE...BUT NOTHING! :'( WWW.NAUGHTYNOVELTEASE.COM THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE BY PHONE TO SPEAK TO AND THE EMAIL REPLIES ARE NOT. CAN ANYONE HELP ME AS EVERYDAY MY SITE IS DOWN I LOSE MONEY. THIS SITE LOOKED LIKE A GOOD HOST AT FIRST BUT THE MORE TIME I SPEND HERE I FIND IT FRUSTRATING. NO IMMEDIATE TECH SUPPORT AND THE USER GUIDE IS FAR FROM HELPFUL. He said 'oh everything is fine' Now they want 100.00 for the 'redemtion' fee and convieniently cant be reached by phone. Probabally better, as I need a cool off period. :angry: P.S.
