Jack_mcs
The site appears fine to me. I can't read the text but it looks like a T-shirt shop. Nullachtfuffzehn
I'm not redirected to a porn page, but there is a little setup program that requests to be downloaded from your site and I guess that's the culprit. Other than this I see that there are appearing some commercials on top of your page, even if your header should show an image of one of your products. If you have a bckup of your files, I'd suggest to clean up your webspace and restore it from your backup. Note, don't overwrite any files, delete them all from your webspace and reupload them from your local backup. Then you should be good to go again. Make sure all the CHMOD settings of the folders are set properly.

ReBeL Tech
Is there a way to see if your website has been hacked? What are the key issues to look for? any contributions to install or what?
Nullachtfuffzehn
No, you can see it only if you look at the site very carefully and frequently. If you notice strange bahaviour, things that are new and weren't there before are a sign for hacking. Also checking the protocols frequently is a good advice.
