Guest Posted October 14, 2007 Share Posted October 14, 2007 I wonder if anyone can help me please, i received an order yesterday, but i couldnt see what the customer had ordered, i just received an email from paypal with the amount of the order, when i went into the shop and looked under orders, there was nothing there, not quite sure what to do, i hope somebody can shed some light on it. Nullachtfuffzehn Posted October 14, 2007 Share Posted October 14, 2007 Most likely the customer di not return to your site after confirming the payment, so the order wasn't added to your database. Other than this I've red of orders are not being displayed even when they were in the database, so you may check your orders table in the database for the entries. If there is one for the order than try to access it directly by entering the order number on the top right of your display orders form.
