classynsassy Posted October 14, 2007 Share Posted October 14, 2007 My OsCommerce is a brand new dbase which for the most part is directly out of the package. For some reason the customer account registration will not allow new customers to register. When you fill all the information in it comes back with the account already exists, but if you try to log in it states that the email address/password does not exist. I have checked the dbase and there is only one customer which is the default John Doe. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. I was afraid of that, was just hoping there is another solution before having to do that ... and if this is the only option how do I keep the products already added?
