Snapshot 11/19/02 Not loading Properly

I just installed the 11/19 snapshot, did a clean install, new database and all. Install was fine, but the site does not seem to load right,some of the pics, and osc banner at bottom of page are not loading all the way. I had

a snapshot from the last of august and did not have any problems, but I

want to load Lindas quantity control mod, any ideas what might be wrong.

O.K. I have tried 3 diff november snapshots, the banner at the bottom of page only loads halfway. In admin top right the link image to oscomm, is broken. This is same in all three snapshots. I can go back to pre-november snap and problem goes away.

 

Any Ideas.
