Need help, Checkout not working in some cases

I am having problems with a web page I am working with. For some reason, when a user in TN puts in their name and address, and then clicks on continue, they are not getting to the credit card page. As far as I know, everyone in TN that is having a problem is using comcast.

 

 

 

I have tried 20 other people here in MN and not have had a problem. I have tried Charter Internet, Sytek, Midwest Info, Arvig, REA-ALP and Embarq.

 

 

 

I was wondering if you could help me. Please do not feel that this is a direct sales pitch, because I really need help.

click on the order now button. It should show a screen that has 1 unit of the backup. Click on checkout

 

You should get a screen asking for order information. Please fill out. Feel free to use fake name and fake address if you do not feel comfortable with using your real information.

 

 

 

You should get a screen asking for your credit card information. The people in Memphis are not getting this screen. You may stop here. (I am not going to stop you from buying one though)

 

 

 

If you try this, please let me know if you had success or failure. In your response, let me know what name you entered. was browser you are using, what type of computer you are using (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac, Windows ME etc).

 

 

 

I will also take comments on how easy the form is to fill out.
