grezelda
Hi all, OK, this is where I am. I installed OSC plus a few contribs, which both seemed to do what was needed, then installed STS and my page just vanished, well not vanished, it displayed a blank page... no code anywhere to be found. Thanks to Bill I checked the two suggestions - GZip compression and SEO friendly URLs. Both of which were set already to the suggested settings, so still stuck with no page. I have resigned myself to the fact that somewhere I missed something or did something wrong in my installation, so before I start from scratch I thought it might be wise to check order of installation of contribs and if there is any particular order I should install these. So, my site ( www.projectbalance.com.au/catalog/) requires that when a local customer ( Australian) purchases 1-10 products, the freight is one price, and when they buy more the freight increases slightly. This is also the same for international customers who have different freight rates. To accommodate this I downloaded the 'aust_post_zone' contrib. ( please feel free to suggest something else if I have chosen the wrong contrib  ), The second aspect required is when customers buy 10 or more cards the price drops from $2.50 each to $2.00 each. Hence I downloaded 'Discount Per Quantity' contrib. And then of course I wished to customise the store to follow brand designs. Initially I used STS v 4.5.4 which I installed. I have now downloaded the 'STS and HTC bundle_1' contrib which I plan to use on my next attempt. My question basically is - should I install the STS first and then add the other modules or is there an order that is better to follow, and is there anything I should know before I remove everything and start again. All and every tinsy suggestion is most welcome. Thanking you in advance Grezelda
