Changing Original Oscommerce Template Color ?

Hi all, hope you can help...............

 

Here is my website using oscommerce the site is in very early stages as it been deleted a few times.

 

What im trying to do is change the standard blue/grey template color

take a look http://www.yourlovestore.co.uk I want to change it to PINK!!

I have found a color code and gone to stylesheet.css and changed it table form} border-color #ff3399....... but it stays the same color!!!!blue/grey!

 

I have copied the stylesheet file below for you,

Could someone change the code so I can copy it and try it????

 

Or am I changing the wrong css file??
