mouligreenlaw Posted October 13, 2007 Share Posted October 13, 2007 Hi My installation of OSCommerce will send an order confirmation email to the address listed in the "send extra order emails to" field but nothing to the store owner email address. I've set both email and from addresses to be the same and added the store address to the send extra order email list but still the owner gets no emails from the contact form or the order process. My server confirms that send mail is working but it appears that any email used as the store owner doesn't get the emails. There seem to be various reasons including checking that the return path is the same as the from address in the headers but the one that fixed it for me was removing the <> from the store owners email address so instead of being: The Owner<[email protected]> is works as: [email protected] No idea why it works but it does hope that helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
