Waiting for localhost

I have a question on installing OsCommerce template.

 

These are the steps I did. I downloaded Oscommerce latest version and istalled it on my PC. It works just fine.

Then I got a template from the website and tried to install it. To do this I renamed the original Catalog folder and copied the template Catalog folder. Then I tried to click install button

www.mydomain.com/catalog/install.php

 

It stays just there and do not lead to me next database screen. The template install screen says OsCommerce 2003 and when I click on the install button, I can see waiting for localhost quickly come on the bottom bar of the screen and goes away. Can anyone help me why does this happen? Is there anything wrong with database. Do I need to create another MYSQL database or do i need to delete the original Catalog folder? Or is it version problem?

Thank you. But is that the reason why I cant see screen 2 importing the database?
