Do you blog for success?

I'm new to the whole blogging idea. I've got 2 blogs; posted a few entries in them. Not much reaction from either. So, I decided to come ask this community about how you use blogs. I read on about.com a few weeks ago about how businesses use blogs to further connect with their customer base and to attract new customers. I want to know what a typical blog entry should contain. If someone doesn't mind sharing their work by posting a link to their blog, so those who are interested can see how you interact with your customer base.

 

I think it is a wonderful idea to use a blog to give customers and potential customers a warm feeling about your business. Anyone please post your ideas, thoughts, criticisms to this concept of customer retention.

yes ,i agree with you,it's a good idea to open a blog for you business,of course,you shouldn't add more ads as you think,give much useful information related with your merchant,act like a expert in your field,show your professional knowledge,and make feedback as soon as possible if anyone gives its comments on you blog.
