Hi All,

I installed osc and a few other contribs relating to shipping and discount prices before installing sts. Everything worked ok and was looking forward to customising my shop front. But upon installing sts and checking the page, it was completely empty. Not even anything on the source page! I am a complete novice at php, in all honesty, my brain melts.

This is the link if someone can have a quick look and see what I have done wrong, or is it a case of starting from scratch and reinstalling osc and everything else.

www.projectbalance.com.au/catalog/

And if this is the case, what do I do with the database, do I need to delete that as well? ( Did I mention that I have no clue..lol)

Thanking everyone in advance

Grezelda.

Grezelda,

A number of issues could be causing the blank page, none of which is caused by STS.

Do you have the option "Use Search Engine Friendly URLS" set to "True" in your shops admin? If so, this should be set to "False".

Depending upon what version of STS you installed, your shop may have issues with using Gzip in the admin. Check that you do not have Gzip on in the Admin settings. If you absolutely need it, then upgrade to the latest version of STS.
