sanam Posted October 11, 2007 Share Posted October 11, 2007 Hello all, i am having serious problems with non Ascii characters appearing in address fields mainly from European customers. Characters appears almost alright in address fields but i am not able to enter them in UPS Ship manager. Is some one having similar issue. For example one of my customer entered this information in street address field C/ Castrillo de Aza, 12, 5º1 Same address outside the code snippet appears like this: C/ Castrillo de Aza, 12, 5º1 ** Notice: underscore under º is not visible, thats how i see on my order page. How do i handle address like this. Not sure how to enter them in Fedex or UPS software. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
