Common country list - how to avoid

Hi,

using 2.2CVS 22/11/2002

 

Mu store offers delivery but only within one country.

When a user adds to the address book for delivery destinations , they have the option to choose from ALL countries, which seems to be a common list used for customer registration too.

I have no problems :D with customers regsitering from anywhere in the world but need to restrict delivery destination to one country.

Anybody any ideas how to do this?

I thought of maybe taking the country frop down out of the address book and adding as plain text, but this is a required field. As an alternative, how

would I make the Country in the address book a non-required field?,
