New Template

Guest

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I've looked at the stylesheet.css and it doesn't seem to contain the information I need to implement a new template on the site I'm building. I've decided to use oscommerce instead of zen cart, because I can add new modules etc easier to it, however I don't see any FAQ's etc for figuring out where the files are located. I'm sorry but I don't feel like sitting there going through 300 scripts to find the information...

Can someone point me in the right way by chance?

Thanks,

stylesheet.css

it is not the template, read more about it:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cascading_Style_Sheets

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

Understood, but you still edit the text colors etc via the stylesheet.css

My question is where do I edit the actual template itself. Where are these files located?

For instance

tpl_header.php

tpl_footer.php

main_page.php etc

Regards,

Joseph
