The site was fine for the first 6 months and now the customers cannot log in. a. do they get any error ? b. has anything changed recently (check with your isp if they have upgraded anything?) c. check your tables using phpmyadmin - has any table gone bad / corrupt (or even database) d. create new account and try to login - what happens?
