Edit unpaid placed order and send email for customer to pay modified order

I would like to setup my online store like the following if the customer needs to request a quote for shipping -

 

1 - Customer reaches checkout, requests quote, but does not complete checkout or pay

2 - osCommerce notifies us by email that we need to get a shipping quote, with product details and customer address

3 - We get the shipping quote, and enter the amount into osCommerce (edit the order, I saw there is an order editor contribution but I don't know if it lets me do step 4 and 5)

4 - osCommerce notifies the customer by email that their shipping quote is ready (notifies that order was modified)

5 - Customer logs back into osCommerce, completes checkout and pays.

 

Is there a contribution that does this or something close to this already out?

bump - does anyone know a solution to this? It dosen't seem like that big of a question to me, just if someone can point me to a module or something that can do this if there is one, or if someone can explain the order editor module more and if it does this?

Hi all, I also need this contribution, So that I can place order manually on my oscommerce website and send customer email with checkout process (Pay now button).

 

And we also can use this contribution to accept ebay payment. We can offer our ebay buyers to pay us by using our oscommerce checkout.

We'll manually entered products for our customer which they purchased from us on ebay.com we'll send and email to pay for they items to their given email ID. as we send invoice on ebay and buyer click paynow button to paythrough paypal.

 

We can use our payment modules to accept our ebay payment through oscommer checkout
