stragami Posted October 10, 2007 Share Posted October 10, 2007 Hi i install the live support http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1035 all looks fine but i have 2 porblems: 1. if i starte live suppot the window "waiting for call" will be opened and refreh all the tines (this is ok) in the background always the window LS_newcall will pop up and will be closed in the same second but not allways i must close the emty window by hand. i cant find the root problem - i install this also on my local server but the same problem is happen. the 2 porblem i cant find any button or link where i can see stored chats so i can see later again what was the customers problem can you help me please rgds alfred Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
