tep_snapshot-20021120: Problem with USPS/Tax

Hello,

 

i upgraded my echocart (not sure how old the snap shot was), with tep_snapshot-20021120 and i have following problems

 

1) USPS shipping gives error - i have configured my login/password/productionserver which was working well with the old version

 

2) during the checkout it doesnt calculate Tax, it shows zero in tax, i have configured my state as before

 

is this a problem with everyone or its just me doing something wrong?

 

i am using the latest payment module for echo-inc, it doesnt populate the "state" field autometically from the address book during the checkout, maybe thats the problem?
