new instal link problem

Hi, I just started using OS Commerce (Which is exactly what I was looking for - Thank You)

I loaded all the files, went through the install and it said it was sucessful. I can get around the admin area just fine but when I go to the catalog thats when the problems start.

None of the links work - From what I am noticing it looks like the realitive paths have an additional / in them but I cant find where it is coming from.

For example - when you mouse over the create an account link the address shows up as

http:///catalog/default.phpcreate_account.php

The "///" looks odd but so does the "default.phpcreate"

 

Any guidance on why this is happening and where to change this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do the install again and be very careful when you type. Make sure the slashes you type match the slashes in the examples. I made the same mistake once. I accidentally typed a semi-colon during the install and it drove me crazy until someone told me what I had done.
