a problem with database....

when i test my homepage in localhost ...loading a new page sometime it shows this messege...

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in c:appservwwwcatalogincludesfunctionsdatabase.php on line 19

and i must press the button again...someone knows what's the problem
