Guest Posted October 9, 2007 Share Posted October 9, 2007 It does not matter if you have the IPN or the website return set on - if the customer do not have a account with PayPal - it will not return unless customer click on return to website.It is a PayPal way of saying "we preffer dealling with people with paypal account".Mybe is many people will sent e-mail requesting to change their attitude? Guest Posted October 9, 2007 Share Posted October 9, 2007 I send a e-mail to PayPal: Problem is that it does not matter if I have set IPN or website return - customer with no paypal account have to click on "back to my web site" to proccess the order.Many people get confuse and close the browser.No order being proccessed. Many people preffer using their own credit card and do not set up paypal account.Could you stop "punishing" the customers and website owners so everyone can "enjoy" IPN and website return?
