Hi Does anyone know how to fix a spry in undefined in OS Commerce

Hi everyone i am having a little bit of a problem i have installed some tabs into my site which i did not use a contribution but dreamweaver which from what i have been told is spose to be good for doing most things, the only problem i am having is that in 800 x 600 resolutions 4 tabs are dropping down to a second line when they should all be running along the same header line all of the time.

 

I have open up IE7 and it tells me that the page opened with errors , one of them being the following.

Error 'Spry' is undefined

Code:0

 

 

Any help would really be greatful.
