BAD311
So my online store will sell just t-shirts, so being able to ship shirts in a bag, compared to a box, is pretty important to me. Who offers free bags? USPS? FedEX? UPS? DHL? Also, of those who offers bags, which one is cheaper in most cases for sending shirts? My girlfriend buys clothes online and they all come in bags, some custom printed, but most UPS, FedEX, etc... I wonder what the average rate is to ship? Cheaper then USPS? Anyone have any info? You can basically send any bag with the carriers. This also depends on what you are looking for. If you need a way to track a package, then I would not ship via USPS. But if you don't need that along with the insurance value then I would also use USPS. You can purchase your own bags or you can use the ones provided for the carriers and just turn them inside out so not to show the logos, etc., just a plain grey bag. Hope this helps Do or Do Not, there is no try.
redbone
USPS has Priority mail tyvek bags for free. You can order as many as you'd like thru their website. I've found they work pretty good for shirts. Generally it costs about $4.60 to $5.00 to ship a shirt, priority mail (arrives in 2-3 days for deliveries within the US) so its a pretty good deal. They also have boxes which work well too, for free.
BAD311
Hey Redbone, thanks man. I tried (quickly) to find them on the USPS site, no luck. O'well, will try again!
redbone
Try this link. Towards the bottom there are a couple of tyvek envelope selections. I find that the 10 x 7 x 3 boxes work well too.
