kgrinsteiner
Hello all! Looking for some feedback please on this store. . . www.thetrendsetters.com I personally am not having this issue, but the store owner is having this problem when looking at the site on his computer: In any product description when you click on the product thumbnail's "click to enlarge" he is not getting an image of the product, he is getting a corner of the store header image. . .not sure how this is happening. . ."click to enlarge" is working just fine for me. . . could it be if his java is not enabled?. . though I don't know how this would be the issue as the popup window is coming up. . . .hmmmm I am aware of some breadcrumb style issues here and there and also the remnants of the ccgv(trad) code in the checkout_payment.php that I have not removed yet. . (great contrib, but I can't get it to work with the store. . tabled it for now) Thanks to everyone and anyone who has an extra few minutes to check it out. . I know your time is valuable. . . ♥toyicebear
- Site looks ok... - Loads a bit slow... - Should really have some sort of thumbnails system , since that would improve the load speed.... In the interest of having a easy and smooth checkout... - Do you really need gender on the create account form? - Is it really necessary to use a "capcha" on the create account page? tastar
The pop-up images work for me - Mac OS X, 10.4, Firefox 2.0.0.7. On my computer, the site has a wierd redraw where the header repeats itself over the entire page in between each page redraw. Very annoying. Some typos: "The Trendsetters is an Arizona Corporation founded in 1987. The Trendsetters are the number one choice for laser-cut steel home decor products. The Trensetters..." The verb should probably be singular in all cases since Trendsetters is a company. It is also misspelled in the about us. The left hand column Categories are buried beneath the fold - way beneath it on my computer (768 pixes high). The ssl and payment method stuff could go lower, the shopping cart could go into the header (a contrib that I have on my shop - Cart in Header), but I think that Categories and your Available Themes box should be near the top and always visible. And, I agree with the previous poster - thumbnail contribution, no gender, no Capcha. Good luck with the site. tony
