Pre-Order Tag and warning

i have many pre order items that i set the price high to, so i can refund the customer once we ship. With our CC processor, we can not simply recharge the card again, so taking $100 down is not an option. Id like to be able to select which items are for pre order and have that word or image "pre-order" be visible by the customer. And if PREORDER is on that item, then the disclaimer on the bottom would read "Price is a Pre Order Price, actual price will be lower. You will be refunded the difference once your item ships" something to that extent.

 

Please help with this as i have not been able to find anything.
