Everything in the storefront is working great, until I tried updating a customer's order status from Processing to Shipped. The order moved from the Processing table to the Shipped table, but the comments weren't appended and the email was not sent to the customer. The page just freezes into a white screen was I click Update. It freezes at this URL: https://www.website.com/catalog/admin/order...on=update_order. Any idea why this would be happening? I've already updated configure.php on the catalog and admin side with the new sever details. Any help will be greatly appreciated! UPDATE: I can still update the order status using "edit_orders.php" and everything works fine. But still no luck from the orders screen. Any one out there have a clue why this is happening??
